Two early Staffordshire figures

Two interesting and unusual early Staffordshire figures. One figure is a small example of square based type which shows a reclining woman possibly representing flowers or spring. The second figure shows a gardener standing with a spade, unusually for this type it is treacle glazed. The two figures are both in good condition with just a couple of chips to the underside of the base of the female figure. Two lovely examples of early Staffordshire figures that have a great period decorative appeal. C.1800
Gardener: 1 ¾ wide, 1 ¾ deep. 4 ½ high
Floral figure: 3 wide, 1 ¾ deep. 3 ½ high

We do have a private showroom 15 mins drive from Newark on Trent where Items can also be viewed by prior appointment. If you are unable to visit us please purchase with the knowledge that we give a money back guarantee if you are not satisfied, we only ask that you pay return transport costs.

We are happy to organise deliveries to all destinations. Delivery of some items will be free depending on size, delivery method, and location. Where charges are made for delivery we try to be as cost effective as possible on your behalf.
